Cinderella Story

What if.......

What if I were a common girl, but got married to the crown prince, then realise that another prince in the family also fell for you? So romantic right? What is it like to have 2 men falling for you? 1 is so ultra loving, handsome and gentle, 1 is suave and so "man".....

Yah yah...I know I'm slow. Now then chasing after "Princess Hour". But I totally love the show lor. The dialogues are not that mushy...but still so able to melt your heart....

- how prince 1 caressed the princess's head as she slept
- how prince 2 said "有你在我身边,我就能呼吸了"
- how the 2 princes went searching for the missing princess

And I especially like the episode when the princess and prince1 were forced to consummate their marriage. Haha...so hilarious.

I'm half-way through the show now....think I can finish over this weekend. Hee....

Ok, back to my princess dreams................

Polyclinic Woes

3 hours is a long wait. Considering that my total consultation time with the doc is less than 10 mins.

I reached the polyclinic at 8.15am. A nice nurse greeted me at the entrance and directed me to the pre-registration counter. I thought that was a nice service. But my impression soon took a drastic downfall.

I got registered (after 20 mins) and went up to the doctor's room. I spent another 1 hour 15 mins just waiting to see the doctor. The doctor asked me some routine questions after listening to my "problem" - and directed me to another room.

I waited another 30 mins before a nurse attended to me. Then she said the service I reqeusted is not available. Need to refer me to hospital. She asked me to wait outside the doctor's room again while they write the letter. And I waited. For a whole hour.

I cannot tahan the wait anymore, so I "barged" into the room after a patient came out. The doctor said the letter is already ready at another counter. I gave her the look of irritation and disbelief - this means I've waited for 1 hour for nothing. All she could say is sorry. Really hor. This kind of service, is just ridiculous. Actually I was prepared to wait the moment I stepped into the polyclinic lah. I even brought a book to read. But the fact that they did not really know their jobs, pushed me from 1 unit to another and worse, did not tell me where to go and made me waited in vain - is simply unbearable.

Polyclinics are out for me. I'd rather pay more and stick to my private GP.

Extravagent Advertising

Bro received an elaborate package in the mail today. It's a recruitment package from the Navy and we were all stunned by the effort (=$$$$) that went into it. The package was fully coloured, printed on high quality paper and enclosed in a leather-like cover. Here are some of the shots inside the package.

Machiam like a real diary lor.

So this is where all my income tax contribution goes to.

But it is effective lor. Bro is so impressed that he registered for the recruitment talk liao.

Neoprint Adventure

Once upon a time (3 Dec 2006 to be precise) - 3 goondus decided to take neoprint after a whole day of karaoke singing and shopping.
The 3 goondus dunno how to operate the neo-print machine. But having abit of genius streak in them, they got the machine going and started taking the shots.

They din know the back-drop will change in the midst of photo-taking. And for 3 times, they were hit on their heads as the backdrops literally "dropped" on them.

They had a hard time figuring out how to decorate the selected shots. But once they got the hang of it, they were hooked. The end result were quite good actually. Hahaha....
P.S.: Froggies - now i really appreciate your talents in operating the machines and decorating the neo-prints for the many times we took neo-prints

White Peacock

Have you seen a white peacock? I haven't. Until today.

We had just finished the rehearsal for A&D's wedding when we saw this white beauty was seen strolling along the poolside of the Rasa Sentosa Hotel.

After the rehearsal, met Fish for shopping at Vivo. Vivo really not that big. I confirmed that I have explored every part of the shopping mall. Not alot of clothes' shop lah. Can't even find a nice dress for th wedding. For dinner, we stopped at this quaint little shop that sells Kuching Ko Lo Mee. Yumm....I like the braised pork sauce. For $5.90, the noodle comes with prawns, wan tan and char siew. You can have a few slices of abalone for an extra 2 bucks. (:
