End of the Journey...nearly

I went for my last class today. Well, technically speaking.Tomorrow's just going to class to support my classmates for their presentations. I finished mine last week.

2 years! It's a really good break. Have met some good friends and killed many many trees in the process (for the readings and assignments that I printed out)

Nearly reaching the end now.Submitting the final research report on 9 June..then if everything goes smoothly, graduation on 16th July.

Have not pondered..no time for reflections yet. But yes, I feel sad that my student status is soon to be gone.Going back to be that office lady once more. But I think the greatest change is, I will take things easy this time. Aussie way. :)

Donut Crazy

We finally had the chance to buy our favourite donuts yesterday. The queue was un-ending! But was worth the wait...as usual. 6 is not enough. We bought a dozen. Only 4 left now. Hee...

These sugary babes are just addictive! You dun even need to use strength to bite. They simply melt in your mouth. I was telling hubby that next time our kids could probably feed on these instead of baby food. Hahaha...

Ain't I the best spokesperson for Krispy Kreme. :)

Cupcakes!

I got inspired by G last night.

Yah lah, you keep asking me about baking stuff.

Made my heart itchy itchy.

So decided to make cupcakes today.

The cakes turned out ok, but realised I'm not made out to be an artist.

Hands not steady enough to make the deco real nice.

But it's fun! Think I'll experiment more with cupcakes in future.

I already have all the tools anyway. Haha...

Even everyday lao sai also enough. Hahahahaha.

Choc Chip Muffins

What to do when you are hungry and it's another 3 hours before hubby comes home for dinner?

Bake muffins! It took me just 10 mins to fix up the ingredients and pop them into the oven. 20 mins later, they're ready for a fantastic tea-break munch (and prob tomorrow's breakfast as well. Hee....) This is the simplest, fuss-free, no cry-over-failed-baking recipe I have. Haha...like so proud.

* 1 muffin is missing...coz I too hungry. must eat 1 before have energy to take photos.

A light note

Will be returning my keys today.
They found a new girl and could release me earlier.
I only realised how heavy the key was when I took it off the key chain.
Now my key chain feels so much lighter.
Just like my mood. :)

My Last Trip....

to Gold Coast as a student!

i doubt i will make any other trips there before MF, MP and SY arrives in Jun/Jul.

and my student pass expires on 20 Jun!!

next trip i will pay the adult fare liao...twice the amount shown in these tickets! (if it's too small, student fare is $4.20 for one way)

but well, we had a good weekend.

got a nice room with ocean view.

and yes, i got to eat my scones for breakfast.

we also got cheap deals at harbourtown!
