But three 12-roll packets of toilet paper!

These babies were on offer. Saved $4 bucks each. Uncle and Auntie Ong shamelessly lugged them from KMart. They are high quality paper ok. The most expensive in the market. These will last us till the end of the year. Lao-Sai many times also no fear of running out. Haha.

p.s.: Fish and Mag, if you are reading this, you will be wiping your back-sides with these ultresoft, scented babies when you're here in Dec. How's that for being a good host? (;

The Way We See Things

What do you think the girl in the picture is doing?

I draw giggling. He guessed constipation. Am I that bad at drawing?

PS: This is a screen-shot from a DS game where a player draws something and the other player guess what it is

Big World, Small Me

The red areas are shows the countries I've visited.
Will I ever see the whole map in red?
Sometimes, we can be overwhelmed by the problems in our lives that we forgot that the manificent world that Papa made for us is so so big...
Our thoughts and behaviour are affected by our experiences of this world. If we see more this world, will we learn to 看开点?

Weekend @ Ipswich

Went up to John's place over the weekend.
It's been a year! Time really flies!

But well, we had a lovely time with his 3 donkeys - Faith, Jill and Sam. My favourite is Jill...she is so tame you can practically kiss her. And she loves you scratching on between her ears.
I suffered some "injuries" though...
Haha...Amber the dog was so excited that she kept licking and pouncing on us throughout the 2 days. I had to wear my jumper all day long to protect myself from her nails. But still, I brought home a few scratches...think she wants us to remember her. Hahaha.
Also went to a flower carnival and a drive around the countryside. At last! I saw 3 wild kangaroos during our drive...But we also saw at least 10 dead kangaroos by the side of the road...sad. I was looking out for koalas on the trees...but no luck on that. (:

Pillow King

You are among the firmest and toughest ones on the shelves.
Will you bring me sweet dreams tonight?
Will I wake up without a sore neck tomorrow?

Month of Pains

My body must be sending me a signal.

For the past month, I've suffered from strained back, leg and neck.
I literally walk around smelling like Tiger Balm oil.
(Fish - your plasters are a life-saver)
Even now, I can't fully turn my head because, yes, neck pain again.

Will go jogging on Sat. It's time to start working on those crikety-joints again.
And also, hopefully, re-shape that mooncake face of mine.

Freedom!

Yeah baby!
Freedom!

The exam yesterday went ok..should have no problem is passing it. Thank God for that...
Next assessment is due on 2 Oct.

Now looking forward to meeting John's 2 new donkeys next weekend!

Wearing The Watch

Yup. I'm wearning my watch today.

It will be my vital exam battle tool in an hour's time (apart from my trusty pen and brain).

It's crunch time.

Went out to the balcony to mug for the exam on Wed.
Notes, stationery and Tigger cup filled with hot chocolate.

See? I am a good girl.

PS: Now is noon. Shifted study base back inside. I dropped one of my favourite markers downstairs coz the wind very the strong. Have to knock neighbour's door tonight...

4 Sep 2007

Today is our 10th-year anniversary. Seems like any other day. Because we live each day like our anniversary. Because this is only the first decade.

I love you. Every moment.

Spring!

Today is 1 Sep.

The first official day of spring.

As if the skies also agree to this, we woke up to a bright sunny day today. Perfect weather for the annual river fireworks later.
