Nasi Lemak!!

SG Craving 101 at work again. The result? Nasi Lemak!!

The rice is green because we added pandan essence. There's no pandan leaves here. But well, it does look and taste like the nasi lemak rice back home. I'm getting good at the chicken wings..and the chilli was to hubby's taste - not too hot. We even had fried anchovies and nuts.

A nice & complete meal indeed!
