"picnic" in park

Hubby "delivered" my lunch to school today.
And we found a cosy spot at the lake and enjoyed our lunch.

A simple thing that we both have been looking forward to for a long time.

A group of ducks actually waddled their way to our side while we were eating. Maybe the noodles attracted them. Too late to grab the camera...we just enjoyed their presence while protecting our noodles. They got the hint and waddled off......
