First Real Cake

Baked an authentic butter cake yesterday. Not from instant cake mix ok. Followed an online recipe step-by-step. Now I know why butter cake tastes so nice. Because it is BUTTER cake and contains 1 entire block of butter just to make a 20cm cake.

But need to get an electric mixer if I am serious about cake baking. Arms got a very good work-out after all that stirring. Hee...
