Fun @ Moreton Island

The Lissner Street gang (minus Mr Potato) went for a day trip to Moreton Island, Tangalooma Resort. See what mischief we were up to:

Behaving silly on the cruise

Beach so nice, must take a nice photo too!

Went for our first mini tour - Desert Safari. So qiao, there was one huge group of Singaporeans on a package tour. The people in this photo are all Singaporeans lor. Haha...we felt so at home.

This is the very garang bus that we took to the "Desert".

The highlight of the safari is sand toboganning. Means you climb up the sand dune (behind me) and slide down with that board in my hand. Believe me. It was TOUGH climbing up!

Ate alot of sand on the way down. And got sand in my hair, ears, nose, and everywhere else.

"Half-dead" after one round

This is obviously a posed photo lah. But very nice right!

Next mini-tour: Quad Bike. We went around the island on these bikes for about 45mins. Quite fun!

High ah. We just had some beer.

To me, the highlight of the trip was really the dolphin feeding. These dolphines are wild, so we are not allowed to pat or touch them. About 8-9 of them come every night to join in the feeding programme. Haha...they greedy lah. Each dolphin has a name, but I really don't know how to differentiate them. The trainer told us the dolphin we fed was Tinklebell.
