the first "love"

Chanced upon Aaron's new album early this morning(4am to be precise) when I was taking a break after I finished one of my assignments.

How come he still looks sooo gooood after so many years one? Haha...

Brings back so many memories. For those of you who din know...I spent my secondary school days chasing after this guy. Yes, you are right. I was one of those who will camp outside a venue just to catch a glimpse of the idol. Here are the top 10 things that I did. I still wonder why I did these crazy stuff years ago. Ah....the charm of youth.

1. Joined the fan club

2. Have a pen-pal. Just because she is a fan too! Imagine. Corresponding in LETTERS from Lavender Street to Jurong West just to tell each other how much we like him.

3. Buy the most expensive tickets to every concert and sit within first 2 rows.

4. Grabbed his hands after the concert and refused to wash hands for a day.

5. Queued for XXX hours outside venues where he is due to perform.

6. Visit a shop in Selegie every week and spend all available pocket money on photos, cards, notepads, cups, bookmarks, posters - whatever is new and has THE FACE on it. Very convenient, because the tuition centre is just next door.

7. Spot, buy (or beg, borrow, steal), cut and paste every newspaper, magazine article there is on him.

8. Skipped class (mind you, this is in JC times) by having a like-minded classmate driving her father's car to college and drove from Linden Drive to Caldecott Hill - and joined the club people to wait nearly 8 hours for his TV performance.

9. Spent 1 day at shopping centre to queue for his signature on new ablum on the eve of prelims (or was it promos?)

10. Watched every movie, variety programme, TV serial that I can get my eyes on.

I still have the newspaper clippings and tons of photos - collecting dust in the shadows of my room. I wonder how my kids will react when they know these antics of their mum. Hahahaha..

This song was written by Jay Chou. I like. Alot.
